Bob Higgins was DG for Rotary in South, East & West Wales in 2009/10 and this blog records the important events that took place in the run up to and during 2009/10.
Off to Alcester today for the RIBI Foundation Committee. A day spent deailng with that part of Rotary closest to my heart. Lots of ground covered at this the last of these meetings for this Rotary year.
