Hot after the excitement of Brecon's 50th came the 40th celebrations for the Swansea Valley club. I guess you have to say that this club boasts the largest Presidential collar and there is no truth in the rumour that President Geoff's relative, who is a carpet fitter, provided the material from an off-cut. A truly wonderful evening of fun, fellowship and entertainment, illustrated by the pictures here. The guy with his tie off is a young 27-year-old club member who is a very talented vocalist, recently winning the 'Wales Got Talent' competition held in Porthcawl. So many neighbouring clubs, plus visitors from Cardiff and Gran Canaria were present at a very well organised evening. Congratulations to Geoff, David and the club!
