Visit to RYLA at Dolygaer Outdoor Education Centre 28/8/09
Our last of five RYLA camps finished on Friday 28/8/09. In total we had 105 candidates including 5 from D1280 this year and Hugh did another superb job in covering all the admin and briefing the groups on Rotary. Policy prevents the placing of the group photo on this blog but if any of the clubs wants a copy they can contact me. RYLA is one of the jewels in the Rotary crown and it is such a delight to see the candidates transform from shy individuals to a bubbly energetic group of close friends after just five days together. Here are a couple of general shots of the BBQ held on Friday night.
