ell, a two day General Council Meeting held at the RIBI HQ in Alcester has come and gone albeit the time seemed to slip by quickly. It was good to get back together with the other DGs and some of the partners. Here are some general shots, including one with the massed handbags lined up outside HQ ready for action (shopping). We seemed to get through a mass of paperwork with a couple of controversial issues that may emerge into the general Rotary domain in due course. My lips are sealed till then.
