17th May District Assembly - Getting Ready

As usual there is so much to do to get everything in place and I had a willing band of helpers to sort out the safety arrangements, put out flyers on every seat, get the audio-visuals ready and do some final rehearsals. In the meantime Rotarians from nearly all the clubs in the District were gathering outside and downing a well deserved cup of coffee before we got going. The breakout group leaders were also setting up their rooms and similarly checking out their audio-visual equipment. This meant a very early start for some of us, but getting these final bits and pieces into place makes the actual Assembly much easier.
