Along with other parts of the UK South Wales suffered from moderate snow falls today. It is amazing how a drop of white stuff can seemingly bring a country to a grinding halt and leave us the laughing stock of Europe. They say that we have not seen snow like this for 18 years, so maybe we are just not experienced enough to deal with it and it would also be economic madness to spend capital on equipment that would be used so infrequently. Here is the homestead in the snow with flakes still falling. They even had the audacity to cancel our club meeting today - wimps.
