The first plenary session. We all had allocated seats with our Spouses sat at the back of the room. Here you see the DGEs wondering about trying to find there name in the numbered rows of seats. This was the first chance to exchange gifts and they started to come thick and fast. I found myself surrounded by at least eight different nationalities, some competent in English and some not and this was the pattern that was to follow through the week.

19th Jan First Plenary
