Friday 18th June - Registration

A lie in and a lazy trip into the city to sus out the arrangements for the RIBI Breakfast on Monday with Stewart and Peter at the Marriott Hotel. On then to the Palais des Congres to register for the Convention and get our events tickets and meet up with others from RIBI.

 Walked to the Hyatt underground to find the subterranean shopping centre under the Hyatt Hotel, where we had lunch. Checked out the Hyatt and frequented our friendly coffee bar before heading back to the Quality to pack. In the evening we went back into the city for a meal at the Green Cape Restaurant (Cap Vert), recommended by Nigel. A lazy start but the day quickened up so we were ready for bed when we got back to the Quality.
