1st March St David's Day - Cardiff Breakfast's Big Breakfast

Edwina had to go to work so I went solo to the Cardiff Breakfast club's Big Breakfast, starting at 0730 hrs. This is an annual event held on St David's Day each year to start the celebrations for our Patron Saint's Day. There were five other clubs represented in a gathering of about 80-90 folks. The entertainment was provided by Howell's School who fielded some highly talented young musicians, ranging from a harpist though two vocalists to a jazz trio. They all entertained us well and the keyboard player for the trio must have a very bright future as a professional musician. A memorable start to the day.
