Bob Higgins was DG for Rotary in South, East & West Wales in 2009/10 and this blog records the important events that took place in the run up to and during 2009/10.
Sorry no pictures of this. I welcomed the first batch of Rylarians to this year's RYLA Camp at the Dolygaer Outdoor Centre for a week of hard work, fun and self discovery. We even had a young lady from Manchester this time.
