Here are two pictures from the Friday night Officer's dinner, held in the Sheraton Grand Hotel. We were in Edinburgh so we had the assault on the haggis in full Burns fashion, together with the attendant piper. The second picture is the presentation of a Charter to the new RC of Montrose (can't remember the rest of the title). Not many clubs have their Charter presented by the RI President with the the RIBI President present.
