A dash back from Tallinn a day earlier than the rest of the party was necessary so that I could get to the last General Council of this Rotary year. So we got back late on Friday and were picked up by Edwina's dad who we stayed with overnight before travelling up to Alcester.
It was good to see most of the other DGs and we had a bit of a party on Saturday night with some of the DGs showing off their latent talent. Even Edwina got up and played the part of a French housewife in a skit written by retired French language teacher Michael, husband of DG Elizabeth.
We have our first reunion in September and a lot if us will be in Montreal next week.
Our final task: to help RIBI President David plant another tree, this time in the grounds of RIBI HQ in Alcester.
