Thursday 13th August took us to the St Mellons Country Hotel in Castleton for the Official Visit to Cardiff St David's club. Of course Castleton is part of the city of Newport but I will leave this minor point before I get into trouble again. The club has become closely associated with a nearby Garden Centre, where they run car-boot sales and other events. They decided whilst we were present to run Santa's Grotto there over Christmas. Here you see me with President Michael and PE Arthur plus another member who is involved with a literacy project.
